o Must have a relevant prior on paper experience.
o Must possess 6-10 years of experience in international voice collection processes (preferably US).
o They should have handled a team of 15-20 advisors (Team manager)
o Should have been responsible for SLA adherence, service quality, client interaction and incorporating floor feedback into training programs. Should be willing to work in US shifts.
o Excellent Comm. Skills
o Must understand KRAs and KPIs of a team manager
