JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE - GT
Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company. Reporting to: SALES OFFICER
• Ensure Optimum Utilization of resources in his/her area of responsibility particularly sales/promotional budget.
• Achieve secondary Sales Target in retail market in terms of Value and Volume
. • Ensure Daily outlets coverage (%) and Productive calls (%)
• Monitor stocks booked from retail market are delivered by Distributor.
• Displaying products in retail shelf at eye level, clean it and place on FIFO basis and postering
. • Build strong rapport with retailer and distributor to ensure higher sales and good visibility of the products.
• Prepare and submit Daily/weekly/Monthly sales reports to Sales Officer.
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
