Job Description:
• Devising & establishing a company\'s quality procedures, standards/ specifications
• Mentoring & provide feedback to the employee
• Managing the Team of Quality
• Defining quality procedures
• Using relevant quality tools
• Conduct regular Audits & Checks on the team & Quality Assurance

Job Criteria :
• Six Sigma certified & Green belt trained or black belt trained (Prefered)
• Should know of Quality KPIs & KRAs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Flexible with shifts
Should have good experience in BPO Quality domain.
Should be working as Senior Manager in Quality for at least 1 Year

Experience 6 - 10 Years
Salary 11 Lac To 13 Lac P.A.
