· Looking for some experience into Quality or Compliance.
· Should have experience in preparing audit plans and executing with the team.
· Need to provide written and verbal feedback to employees on quality scores with areas of opportunities.
· Need to take calibration session to improve call quality.
· Need to give necessary feedback to ensure good quality & compliance
· Need to send daily reports to account stakeholders.
· Should be good with MS Excel and reporting tools.
· Would prefer somebody from Human Resource domain.
· Good oral & written English skills and interpersonal communication skills
· Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
· Flexible in working hours is a must
· Should be comfortable working with rotational offs & 6 days working culture.
