Process Trainer or Customer service trainers for call centers.
Responsible for ensuring their company provides the highest possible quality of customer service for employees.
A call center is a bank of workers who either take inbound calls or make outbound calls.
Provide Training to employees of the company for a particular process.
Should have experience of working as a Trainer in International process of BPO for minimum 1 year
Should know Throughput, Certification & Training related terms TNI
Should be aware of Training KPIs & KRAs
Should be well versed with the functions & tasks of Trainer
Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts & 6 days working culture
Should have excellent communication skills
Looking for an immediate joiner(Max joining time - 20 days)
Should having Passport active
