• Minimum 2 years of work experience in BPO
• Understanding of Advance Excel.
• Understanding of impact of aux, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy & utilization on average position staffed
• Ability to independently develop & manage reports / dashboards.
• Ability to automate existing dashboards using VBA macros.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
