• Should have at least 3 – 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Should have experience in bulk hiring for BPO/KPO
• Need to coordinate with Recruitment agencies to capture the daily hiring needs.
• Experience in designing hiring Strategy in coordination with Managers to hire Talent as per Organizational Requirements
• Should have experience in preparing manpower plan in line with business plans.
• Should have experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategy to fulfill the respective vacancies
• Should have MBA degree preferably in Human Resource.
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be comfortable working with rotational offs & 6 days working culture.
